Thanks to All!
The 2022 School Uniform Drive has successfully concluded. Thanks to the very generous support of our members and the Heights community this campaign raised $2,500 and collected over 360 uniform items. With these donations and using remaining funds from the Spring Refugee Appeal, over 800 articles of clothing were delivered to four elementary and two middle schools this month.

Community Outreach

The Heritage Group participates in a number of hands-on community outreach programs yearly. We also engage in close collaboration with the Houston Heights Woman's Club Evening Group on multiple projects benefitting Heights area public school students and school libraries. Below are some examples.

Valentine Cards and Cookies

We create cards and bake cookies to share with nearby seniors.

Kids Meals

We pack lunches and decorate bags to feed pre school age children.

Women's Studies Library Initiative

We donate books on women's studies to local schools.

Feminine Hygiene Pad Drive

We collect feminine hygiene products to help local middle school students.
