Club House Rentals


Add some local charm to your next event! Our historic Clubhouse is available for rent year-round and is an ideal setting for parties, meetings and events.

The building boasts a number of windows offering plenty of natural daylight for capturing excellent photos. If you choose to host an evening event, you will enjoy the romantic ambiance that our original Art Deco wall sconces imbue.

Our “no-fuss” approach puts you in charge; we provide the space with tables and chairs and you choose your own vendors and décor.

How much does it cost to rent?

The base price for rental is $500 for 4 hours (minimum) and is only $50 each additional hour (whole hour increments only). 

Is there a security deposit?

There is a fully refundable $250 Security Deposit, in addition to Rental Fees, due at signing of the Contract.

What is included in the rental?

The Clubhouse Rental includes a catering kitchen (for outside food, no cooking on-site), 6 8-top round tables with chairs, a buffet table and various other furnishings.
Linen rental is available. Additional table and chairs set-up is $25 per table.  Views of the Clubhouse.

How big is the space?

Capacity is a maximum of 80 persons. The room is approximately 1,000 square feet with a stage located at one end. View our Clubhouse Layout.  View our Facebook page to see example events. 

Are there any limitations?

All events must end by 10:00 pm, per the HHWC's agreement with surrounding neighbors.

Are any discounts available?

Please call for information on discounted rentals on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) or for HHWC Members (in good standing for 1 year or more).
